Spring colors are everywhere we turn. Whether you like bright primary colors or softer pastels, you can just look around and see so much beautiful color. This new piece of art in Downtown Alpharetta was the perfect backdrop to kick off the spring season. The colors are just amazing and give off such a great energy.
Wearing bright spring colors always give me a little extra energy. As a petite lady, I don’t like to wear bright and bold from head to toe. Sometimes a little color can go a long way. I have loved these Boden USA red jeans from last spring so much that I just ordered another pair this spring in a beautiful cornflower blue. When I wear the bright red on bottom I try to tone it down a little on top as I did today with a chambray shirt. A great chambray shirt is a closet staple. You can wear it with so many different things and it is a great layering piece too.
Let’s talk for a moment about the earrings that I am wearing today. They are a favorite of mine. A great chandelier that’s not too big or too long for a petite person and they are lightweight. This Anna Beck style has been around for a while and I can’t recommend them enough.
Are you a primary color or pastel person for spring and summer? I will wear both, but you will see me in bright colors more than soft colors.
Happy weekend!!! Enjoy this first weekend of spring.
